He worked as an Executive Director of Human Health and Development (NGO) from 1995 to 1999, Hospital Administrator for Bolgatanga Regional Hospital from 2003 to 2005, Zebilla Hospital Administrator from 2005 to 2010 and finally took over as the Hospital Administrator of the Baptist Medical Centre – Nalerigu in July 2010 to date.
