BMC has localized outpatient department (OPD) designed to considerably reduce patients waiting time with qualified and motivated staff. An average of 7,500 patients is seen monthly. A new ultra-modern OPD under 5 was constructed and commissioned in 2018 and modern chairs put in place to give needed comfort to clients.

- Emergency Ward (Temporary)
As far as inpatient care is concerned, emphasis is placed on quality with the desire to move towards the nursing care.
